This technology comes from merging Thermal Imaging analysis (Orwell-T), Radar surveillance (Orwell-R) and Video Imaging Analytics (Orwell-V).
Powered by Orwell VMS integration platform all these systems operate as a single unit embodying the virtual perimeter concept.
Orwell-V video surveillance system with computer vision offers automatic detection, classification and transmission of targets and situations of the video information to the operator in a real-time mode.
Computer vision algorithms used in Orwell-V system were developed by ELVEES NeoTek company.
These algorithms of the computer vision allow detection of targets and situations in difficult ‘jamming’ environments and conditions.
Orwell-T is an automatic system of round-the-clock all-weather security of strategic objects and their territories and approaches using continuous thermal imaging and video surveillance.
Orwell-T automatically detects moving targets and analyzes the thermal image. The system projects their location onto the electronic object map and informs the operator about the target appearance in a real-time mode.
Orwell-R radar station is intended for 24-hour, all-weather security of perimeters, strategic objects and their territories and approaches using radar surveillance. Orwell-R has a viewing sector of 360°.
TRAVIO is an automatic all-weather system designed for detecting traffic violations.
